1. Service Scope CameraInstall.ca provides professional camera installation services throughout Toronto and the GTA. We install customer-provided cameras, assist in setup, and offer guidance on choosing devices. We do not currently sell hardware or offer warranties on any products provided by customers.
2. Use of Website By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian. You agree not to misuse this site or its contents, including attempting unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.
3. Booking & Payments
Service appointments must be confirmed in writing (email or form submission).
Payment is due upon completion of service via e-transfer, credit card, or cash.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to safety or technical limitations.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You must ensure access to the property and installation areas.
You are responsible for ensuring adequate WiFi signal strength or necessary power access for installations.
You are responsible for the condition and operability of any camera/device you provide.
5. Liability & Warranty
We are not responsible for defects or failures in customer-supplied equipment.
We do not provide warranties or guarantees for third-party products.
We are not liable for damages resulting from faulty products, power issues, weak internet connections, or post-installation tampering.
6. Limitation of Liability Prime Connect Solutions and CameraInstall.ca are not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages of any kind, even if we were advised such damages might occur.
7. Affiliate Disclosure We may feature product recommendations with affiliate links. As Amazon Associates or affiliates for other retailers, we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases. This does not affect your price or experience.
